1. Pre-Construction Survey (Standard Land Survey & Topographic Survey)
Before construction begins, an accurate Standard Land Survey is conducted to define property boundaries and identify easements, building lines, setback lines, and rights of way. If required due to flood risk, a Topographic Survey and Elevation Certificate will provide critical elevation data to ensure compliance with floodplain regulations.

2. Envelope Staking & Finished Floor Elevation Benchmark
Once plans are finalized, our team sets control points and provides an Envelope Stakeout, marking the outer four corners of the structure to ensure the form is built within that boundary with precision. Additionally, we establish a Temporary Benchmark for Finished Floor Elevation, ensuring that construction aligns with design elevations and flood zone regulations.

3. Form Survey & During-Construction Elevation Certificate
After the foundation forms are set, we perform a Form Survey to confirm that structures do not encroach on easements, setback lines, or building lines. If the property is in a flood zone, a During-Construction Elevation Certificate is conducted to verify that the foundation complies with FEMA and local floodplain requirements.

4. As-Built Survey & Final Elevation Certificate
Upon project completion, we conduct an As-Built Survey to document the final construction placement and verify compliance with site plans and regulations. If applicable, we provide a Final Elevation Certificate to certify that the finished structure meets required flood elevation standards.
